The How

The PYN leadership team will bring a leadership encounter to your local church. We have developed tracks that relate to some of the biggest needs in local youth ministry today. After viewing the list of possible tracks, you will then select 3 topics that are relevant to the needs of your ministry and community.

The Schedule

M3 will begin Friday night at 7:00pm. We will open with a team building exercise and progress into the first leadership track. Saturday morning will start at 9:30am. It will consist of two leadership tracks with a final wrap up session at 12:00pm. A lunch and a question and answer session will follow.

The Cost

We know that a majority of youth ministries don’t have the budget to take their entire staff to a youth conference. Our goal is to bring an affordable and personable leadership experience to them. The cost for a mthree training is $500 plus meals for the speakers. We will book and pay for our own hotel.
