To assist in developing a spiritually healthy youth ministry in every church in the Potomac District by partnering with local leadership in those churches.
To mobilize students by helping them identify their gifts and discovering their God-given place in the body of Christ, community, and world. In other words, to win them, to build them, and to send them.
To mentor leadership in personal integrity, personal growth and servant leadership through education and experience-based training.
To model excellence by helping leaders discover a variety of models and resources for youth ministries health regardless of the scope, personality, or demographics of their community and local church.
